We walked into the showroom and looked at several cars, sat in a couple, read the info sheets and then left. Nobody asked if we needed help (which we didn't), but there were staff on hand who I'm sure would have helped if we had asked.

To say service was poor would be over rating it and 1 star is more than generous... After contacting the dealer about a 3 series, they confirm I could see it next day and the dealer would have it ready to view and test drive... After traveling down 100 mile round trip.. JOSH the incompetent sales men then informs me the car is not onsite and isnt ready as its in prep, could I please pop back in a week and rearrange... After a very frustrating conversation JOSH offers to ring me the following morning with a plan.. So a totally wasted journey. 'ive been trying to ring all morning' he said.. well Sure enough No missed call or answer message.. Following day comes and Im waiting for the phone to ring and still nothing... Worst experience of customer service ever and to say cheesed off is an understatement... Avoid this dealer and defo give JOSH a wide birth.. Dont waste your time with these clowns
