Treated like second rate people. Looked down upon. The âsalesmanâ was rude in his manner and his words. He kept questioning why MPG was important to us? Couldnât understand? Also said that âbecause we werenât actuallyâbuyingâ the car why should we be concerned with what plate it comes on??â He needs to remember customers buying on PCP arenât buying the car at the beginning either. Christopher was definitely in the wrong job. Customer facing is NOT his forte. We left the Dealership feeling terrible and went straight to a competitorâs Dealership and bought one there. Great job Christopher.
