Unbelievably expensive - I've had a couple of BMWs over the years and my partner took her recently paid off 2019 plate 1 series in for a service). They came back with an astronomical bill - For the tracking alone they were trying to charge £260! Labour was also so incredibly high for changing X3 spark plugs, the oil and the filters... £500+... As we're no longer paying for the BMW on a monthly basis we felt stiffed - I imagine they're more interested in customers on finance and less so about providing reasonably priced value to owners. Perhaps. Regardless, next year, we'll go to a BMW specialist mechanic, who is not associated with this franchise. Money talks, and we strongly expect ours will go considerably further elsewhere.
