Very poor. Lack of communication and urgency throughout the whole process. They took almost 6 months to complete the purchase of a flat with no chain or complications. I had to constantly chase them to get updates. They only got it done after i rang them and stressed that my mortgage offer was close to expiring. Very stressful experience, would not recommend.

Selling a property is a stressful experience and the whole system needs a review. I would never recommend - communication is poor, was told ‘I’m not Father Christmas’ when trying to get a completion date and service from the partners left me extremely disappointed

After initially leaving a negative review here about the length of time it took Partridge Allen to get the registration of my property, I have come to the conclusion that Land Registry was at fault and not Partridge Allen. I therefore would like to rectify my first review and thank Partridge Allen for their kind assistance in the sale of my old property and purchase of my new property.
