Absolutely shocking experience with the shop. The lady working there accusing my friend of bullying her when all she was trying to do was get a refund for a hat she sold her mother in-law that had stains and ripped feathers all over it! Disgraceful behaviour from a shop assistant and even when the refund was collected there was a note attached stating obnoxious daughter? What shop does this to customers who have spent just over £200 in their shop way to go!!
