After reaching out to 5 different businesses to help remove an ear stud from my daughters ear. Partners were the only business that were helpful and did the job. They scheduled me in with an appointment the next day, and all the staff was nice/helpful. The lady Krystle was brilliant, she was bubbly, caring, kind, helpful, and skillful. After 2 seconds, the ear stud came out, and my 4 Yr old daughter didn't even flinch. Krystle then recommended what type of jewellery to buy going forward. Highly recommended this place.
