Been using this shop for over 20 years, never had problem, shop was closing and rather than tell the customers, you stand there and stare?? Rude and not polite at all. Especially two young ones, red coat girl fix your attitude.

I thought I needed to write a review regarding this store . I have been so many times and given them so many opportunities to improve their customer service but today was the final straw. All the staff are extremely rude and trust me there are far better stores then this one . DISGUSTING service with a lot of attitude. A note to the staff your store is very standard and although you have some nice material majority you can buy elsewhere . DO NOT GO HERE and they are expensive . Seriously rubbish !!!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE The woman with thick-ish eyebrows misheared my instruction to cut my material 5m x 2 (2 pieces of 5m) and proceeded to cut them 5 x 1m strips. When I told her that's not what I wanted she challenged us and told us we should have been clearer and that "5m x 2 is the same as 5 x 1m". She was so unbelievably rude and showed us so much attitude and told us she can't cut us our correct size material thereafter because of HER MISTAKE. This woman was unbelievably rude, no customer service values and claims she's "worked here for a very long time so she knows exactly how to treat material". Unbelievable. I am so enraged I'm glad I didn't punch her in the face in any case
