The owner was busy but couldn't have been more helpful - quickly sorted out a replacement part and gave me the use of a bikestand and tools. My bike gears were overhauled by Tony who was so helpful and accommodating. I phoned first, then took bike in around 11am, it was ready for pick up at 3pm. Gears work so well now and make cycling a pleasure. Thank you for a great service. Definitely recommend.
