Had a good experience until tonight, was by far the best pizza place in the area. Ordered many times until tonight. Had an issue with one meal, point blank refused to sort it out. Picture enclosed of 9 chicken nuggets and chips, just a large box of chips with no chicken nuggets???. Didn't believe me and insisted they were there in the box. Shame was good up until that point, definitely will never order again. Customer service needs some major work and standards have hughly slipped.

I don't think they deliver anymore because I've tried ordering something from there a couple of times lately and they always seem to be closed for delivery within half an hour of opening.

Review 1 of 2 Pepperoni Pizza Med Kebab Chips Nothing special about the pizza, poor crust, slightly overproved dough, a little undercooked and a general lack of flavour. Chips were crisp and had a good amount of "red salt" on there. Star of the show should have been the kebab. The meat was good and mimmicked our favourite take away from our last house. Unfortunately this "Med Kebab" had no salad, no sauces and no pitta bread.... So basically it was a portion of kebab meat. Not overly good for the price. Review 2 of 2 Fancied the kebab again just TWO days after trying the first. Yay we got salad and some wierd garlic mayo but still no bread of any kind..... And unfortunately and more shockingly, not the same kebab meat! This time it was the usual cheap rubbish everyone else serves. Cheeseburger - dry. So so so dry. Chicken burger - some okay flavour tbh but again super dry!! Again no salad where there should have been!! Menu says one thing, they send another. Something to mention, we ordered a meal deal (best way to try multiple menu items) which was: Cheese burger, chicken burger, small kebab and 3 chips. What's weird though is the burgers also came with chips, so effectively 5 portions of chips..... Great if you like chips, sucks if you hate waste. So, needless to say, being disappointed with the kebab I called up to ask whats happening. The answer i got was that they were "experimenting" and trying different things...... Fair enough.... But DONT do it with paying customers. I ordered based on the previous kebab and that alone... I expressed my disappointment and let them know this kebab was rubbish and i wasnt happy it had changed in two days. Didnt seem to care and was told to leave a review.... Well here it is. We may try again when they habe finished "experimenting" but not anytime soon im afraid.

Asked for 4 pcs chicken & chips and 10" tropical pizza. Received the pizza, but chicken was HOT WINGS. Maybe if the girl taking our phone order was listening and not talking to somebody else, we might have got what we actually ordered. My wife said 4 pcs chicken and chips 3 times, yet it was still wrong. Shoddy customer service.
