The complaint department is appalling. They dismissed my nephew's complaint. Using the pandemic as excuse as to why they would not take his case. He was treated very badly by a mental health Hospital. The two doctors from "The trust" (very incorrect name for those people) had told lies about him which caused him to be given the wrong medical treatment, all because he asked them to help him instead of just dismissing him and misdiagnosing him. So these "doctors" tried to get my nephew punished unfairly for that. So I encouraged him to make a complaint, thinking they would help get him the support he needs... Big mistake. He was treated even worse. Then the ombudsman email him, getting his hopes up, saying they will help and saw his case as very serious, and then (How Shocking) they dismissed his case! Do not trust any of them . They pretend to care but believe me, they do not. Demonic organisation who shamelessly put your case up online on the phso website, bragging about the ones they would not uphold with ridiculous excuses to why. Its anonymous apparently, but you will know when it's you. Using your data against you, adding insult to injury. Thank you phso for letting psycho doctors get away with abusing vulnerable patients. How do you sleep at night? What lies do you tell yourself? You can all have a laugh now and go to hell where you clearly belong.

The PHSO form says • Please make sure you have been given a final response to your complaint and you have been directed to us. • We may not be able to help you if your complaint is over 12 months old I would have given them a zero, Utter waste of time and tax payers money, they tell you that you can’t complain to the parliamentary ombudsman until the local NHS team have investigated your complaint, the Hampshire and Isle Of Wight patient team took over two years to investigate, by which time you have gone past the shut off time to complain to the parliamentary ombudsman, they’ve got that nicely sowed up. Despicable tax payer funded department with no interest in looking after the general public. They are there to protect the British public, who assume the NHS are not above the law and should be accountable, I was left in horrendous pain for over 3 years thanks to an NHS clerical error, the PHSO spent months coming up with excuses for the NHS. Just look at the reviews from other patients.

I got in touch with parliamentary and health ombudsman team as my GP has been providing me with redacted care of data. I have been in touch with case worker Trevor on this case. I have explained that GP hasn't responded to my complaint to manager, neither done as instructed by ICO, neither provided a formal explanation as to what has happened to my and my Childs full medical records and the reason they provide redacted data. I have also mentioned in my complaint to ombudsman about a potential foul play by a GP Dr however Trevor advise was the case hasn't reached a stage to be taken up with health ombudsman as GP practice manager hasn't responded to complaint. I have followed standard complaint procedures why should my complaint not be looked by ombudsman cause GP isn't responding it's ombudsman who should penalise the GP for their non compliance to complaints procedure. Every complaint has a time frame, that hasn't been met by GP. What is the role of parliamentary &health service ombudsman if they cannot penalise the GP for non compliance. From other service users who have commented on the parliamentary health ombudsman it appears the ombudsman service is partial and bias in their decision making as they work in favour of healthcare negligence and not to fight injustice done to patients.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Submitted an online form in November 2022. I received a confirmation email with a copy of the form shortly after. I've emailed and emailed. I called and the phones were closed to training. I called today. Spoke to a rather unhelpful chap - who told me they have no record of me submitting a complaint. Rather unhelpfully asked me 'are you sure you contacted this Service?'. Asked him the next steps. Really unhelpful. Really poor, worse than the service provided by govt departments and the NHS. Really needs to be disbanded for a system like the HMRC with an independent adjudicator. Really appalling. Adds to the upset and experience and exacerbates the original complaint issue. What's the point? Thanks for nothing!
