The worst doctors surgery. I have on multiple occasions called the surgery over 100 times to book an appointment. I have been told before that no doctors are working that day. Very very poor customer service and even when I had fallen down the stairs pregnant…the doctor laughed me out of the room and said I was fine without even checking me. Awful awful awful doctors.

Useless. I've waited for my little girl's prescription to be sent to the pharmacy now for over two months! My own for just over a week. I am going to change doctor's surgery if able to. The secretaries are so young and they agree with you too much if you go in with a complaint, 'yeah, yeah... yeah...'.

Potentially cracked my ribs after a collapse from s blackout and asked to see a doctor got told to go to a&e without any form of face to face check on my ribs. I Got an x-ray done on the 28th of December still haven't received my results on the 4th of January and despite apparently being open till 6/6:30 I have been ringing to try and get my results for over an hour now and no one is picking up the phone(it's now 5:13) absolutely disgraceful! I'm appauled at the lack of care and consideration to patients who could potentially be severely injured!

I have begged for help I’m not well mentally over lots of things. An I had people visit me at home an they was going to tell my dr that they should help me I’m in need badly and I have just come out there in a state. I had proof an all sorts !!! An nothing I’m in a complete state an I’ll be bying illist/off net …. I’m devastated they don’t care about mental health 😭🤯they wonder why so many suicides 😢

Terrible now. Different doctor every time. Dr Shah took over another practice to make it large which caused service to fall and then I understand is no longer there. Far more concerning. My son has a serious allergy so has an epi-pen. Found out from the chemist the doctors has been subscribing a child one for the last 2 years when it should have been an adult one. This is gross negligence - if he had needed it the strength was not strong enough for his age to have the effect to save his life. Chemist advised he was not the only one.

I called at 8:00am exactly and had to call 57 times before eventually getting through! I was then on hold for 20 minutes only to be told there were no appointments available. It is like this every time I try to book a doctors appointment. This surgery is awful and I’m not normally someone to complain and leave a review but it’s just not good enough.
