Would never use this dealership. My daughters vehicle went in for a service and MOT 8 days ago. It is an adapted disabled drivers vehicle that her electric wheelchair fits into. Without her vehicle she is unable to leave the house ! The service this garage has provided or should I say not provided!! Is absolutely disgusting, Charlotte ( service manager )has shown absolutely know interest in resolving any issues, in fact she tried to tell me they’d only had the car for two working days when they’d had it for six ! They definitely shouldn’t be an accredited dealer for disability. We will never be returning to this disorganised , uncaring dealership.

VW Parkway Commercial van centre - wasted my time. Took my van in for a minor repair (switch failure) under warranty in December. Waited 3 hours to be told that the fault I had reported was correct, and then informed I would be contacted in a day or two to arrange fitting of the part. I never got a call back. Called on 3 occasions to chase up and have still never received a call back from (Tyler)? Eventually used another garage for the minor repair. Never received such awful service from a dealership or garage in over 30 years of driving. And no, I won't be contacting you to chase up this complaint when you respond to this feedback - you've earned it!
