Over promise and under deliver, the car wasn’t ready as promised but they brought it out to our home which was appreciated, however the two phone cables that we were promised when we agreed to purchase the car were not provided, we were assured these would be posted but now apparently not in stock?!No contact from the Leic dealership, we have to chase to be told still not in stock.

Absolute shambles...awful experience for taking in a brand new leased VW Troc < 200 miles on the clock for a strange rattling sound in the engine... Took my car in for 9.20am only to find absolutely NO parking bays for any customers....(surprise surprise to see more vehicles for sale than actual bays for any of your customers!!). Had to improvise and park in a non designated bay....had to email the engineer to acknowledge receipt of the video evidence of the rattling sound....only to be told that he doesn't arrive until after 11.30am. No progress update on my vehicle until 14.42 (Tuesday)....today is 16.47 (Wednesday) the next day and apparently a senior technician needs to take a look at it and won't be able to do so until Thursday.......absolute shambles!!!! One unhappy customer...

I’ve never known a garage to be run so badly. I have a VW transporter which has needed some working doing on it. Covered by its warranty. The van has been in twice and the issue wasn’t fixed due to them not having the parts. They didn’t tell me this until I was at the train station heading home. The other occasion I dropped it off at 08.30. Spent the day hanging around Leicester which is the pits to go back at 16.30 to be told they hadn’t done anything to the van. Not once was I told. Shocking place.

Appalling service. Had to give one star for my review to get published. Reserved a car that then turned out to be nothing like what the dealer described. To be fair they did contact me when I was on route to tell me this, given we were travelling 100 miles to see the car. What was appalling was the time it took to refund me the £99 reservation. I kept calling the dealership and all I was told it had been processed when it definitely had not. Left Daniel the salesman numerous text messages that he never responded to. Took near on 4 weeks to get my refund. All in all dreadful service. If you intend to reserve a car, that you don’t go on a purchase good luck re getting your money back. If you see their response to negative reviews they ask customers to contact them. I did. No reply, no attempt to contact me. It purely is offered to look good. Look at recent reviews and make you choice. Negative reviews are very enlightening. I wouldn’t buy from them.
