Awful surgery, could not speak any lower of this surgery from the GPs to the practice staff, they have an aloof & patronising attitude, especially the GPs, there’s an excuse of lack of staff but from personal experience I have witnessed 7 or 8 practitioners there unable make the most basic of diagnosis & send the patient for the relevant investigations. Also after receiving medical records the way the GPS speak internally & privately about their patients is sickening. Last review removed I’m sure this one will be too A very unpleasant experience overall I would suggest reading their inspection review & rating on the care quality commission website Google is the only place to get an impartial review as they remove all their negative reviews from social media pages, they report any posts on community groups that are in any way negative to conceal an honest opinion

They are doing their best under difficult circumstances, with staff shortages and increase in patient numbers. The toys have broken the NHS. Do not blame the any NHS staff. Blame the tory government.

The staff are doing an excellent job after the problems of covid. You read in the press about the difficulties of getting a Doctors appointment, however I have twice rang early morning and obtained an appointment within 2 hours. They are doing doing there best. rang me back the

Terrible appointment system. Have to ring at 8:30am to have a chance of even a phone call within the next two weeks. No chance if you are driving to work/on school run etc. Seems like total luck of the draw. No wonder casualties are swamped... Can't speak for the GPs themselves as I've not been able to see them...

The GPs at the surgery are all fantastic, cannot recommend them enough. As for the reception staff, particularly one named Debbie, had several experiences of her being very rude & patronising with absolutely no tact at all. She should not work with the public. I’ve had these experiences in person & over the phone. After complaining to the surgery, I heard nothing back after an incident where she was very rude about a celebrity I had printed on my phone case. I recall her words were “oh my god who is that on your case” then when I replied her words were “get a grip”, how rude and unprofessional. The other staff are pleasant, shame she lets the surgery down!

When I first moved here and signed up to this surgery the reviews were 5 starts all the way. Since then it underwent a corporate merger and is now an absolute joke of a surgery. There is only one way to get an appointment - ring between 8:30 and 9am. Absolutely useless if you've got to take the kids to school or drive to work at this time. Very, very unfair and an awful way to do things. If you ring any other time you're told to ring back at 8:30. I cannot fault the doctors themselves, only the management and receptionists who speak to you as though you're five years old and are condescending, patronising, rude and heartless at best.
