Parkway took over our IT services solutions several years ago and we immediately noticed the difference. Quicker response times, superior customer service with clear, concise solutions to IT problems. The only outage we have experienced in the last 3 years has been the result of local area power outage and water ingress to a server caused by an external water leak!
