Stayed at Parkview for the first time this Summer... what a great find. Perfect location with Baker Street tube (4 lines) across the road, Regents Park just next door and lots of convenient shops and places to eat within walking distance... Spoiled for choice with regards to transport, and within walking distance from great shopping and recreation (Regents, Hyde, Primrose, etc.). Building is very well maintained and the flats are very well appointed... underfloor and central heating for cold weather, and air conditioning in each room and living room for the hotter days... washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with combined microwave and oven, drying rack, vacuum, ironing board, iron, etc. means you have all you need to make the place feel like home. This will definitely be our new go to location for London going forward. Really glad we found this place.

I've staying in an 1 bed appartement for a month. Though the flat and staff are nice, looks like they don't pay much intention to whom they rent it too. Been woken up at any of the night by party people screaming and loud music. Had lots of terrible nights. Complaining didn't help much. I wouldn't recommend of you're traveling with family or staying for business purposes.

The entire management team is great, from the manager who cares for the tenants and ensure their stay is comfortable, to the concierge that is always helpful and conscious of safety within the building, to the maintenance team that comes to your flat on a timely basis, to the cleaning team that keeps the building clean and bright. Me and my family are going to miss them. The location is great too but not as great as these guys here.

I was living there for 8 weeks, paying for 4 bedroom apartment 2.250,00 per week, but using only 3 rooms because one of the room was constantly flooded! I had to pay a deposit of 4,500.00 and they are refusing to pay me back. I just learned that Italian director works for daughter of Kazakhstan's president and he is instructed by Dariga Nazarbayeva not to pay deposit back to the tenants! This is what Mr Massimilliano Dall'Osso is saying to the ex tenants.

Happen to rent out 2 apartments here for 2 weeks. Fantastic location and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended for family stay. The location and access to must see places are a walk away.
