I'm a carer for my daughter who has mental health problems , I've never experienced such a uncaring doctor in all my life , she was rude , to my daughter and myself,had no understanding at all , was really rushed never listened no empathy for anyone they used to have really good doctor's there doctor Kell and DC Frank,seems no-one cares about anyone anymore , what are things coming to awful practice I would avoid if you have anxiety and mental health problems they don't help you

I have been with this surgery over 20 years and they have been fantastic during that time. There is not a single time that I haven’t been able to get an appointment or advice. I picked my son up from school with a suspected asthma attack a few months ago and took him straight to the doctors at Parkside to have him checked. It was lunchtime and the surgery was empty but the receptionist put a call out and we were immediately surrounded by two doctors, a nurse and a paramedic. One put an oxygen reader on him whilst another attached a nebuliser to him and we were sent home half an hour later with a healthy child. The staff have been there for our family through many trying times and have always been fantastic. If you are unhappy with your surgery come to Parkside.

I have been a patient at Parkside for many years nearly my whole life and I’m 42! I have always found them professional and efficient but not just that friendly over the phone and in person. The doctors are great also. I have always got an appointment when needed one and for my family, just yesterday my husband was ill and he phoned Parkside and got a appointment straight away that morning and by 10am he was in the hospital with pneumonia on his left lung we are so grateful that it was dealt with so quickly. I would recommend Parkside to anyone. I even moved from the area and requested to stay as I like it there so much. Thank you all at Parkside practice for all you do 😊

Awful awful awful Dr's surgery. They have no care for anyone. Not interested and reception are so rude. There are a couple of very good GPS but the rest treat you like you have interrupted their day by being there. This gp surgery needs a complete overhaul.

I can not fault this surgery at all the receptionist are so lovely and understanding especially Michelle, dr McCarthy and dr Patterson have been brilliant with my anxiety and other problems I’ve had always called to check me also just lovely people everybody that works here also Debbie the healthcare assistant I can talk to her when I’m worried if having bloods etc she’s amazing also I wouldn’t wanna be without this surgery amazing people caring people x
