This is the worst company I have ever rented with. All emails are ignored over long periods of time. Serious issues are promised to be dealt with and they are ignored. Upon moving in Parklane signed us up with an energy company that has a one star rating, then promised to take over trying to get in touch with them. This is because we had tried for months and we’re unsuccessful due to nobody speaking English there or being able to communicate with us. As we were told it would be sorted, we discontinued trying to get in touch with the energy company. We have now been billed a huge bill and have been sent a letter saying our power supply will be cut off. Do not rent with Parklane properties unless you want a life full of stress and to be in debt!

Parklane said they would take over sorting our bills 7 months ago, after setting us up with a one star electricity company who did not speak English. They have ignored half our emails, or replied saying ok we will sort it, and again never heard from them again. We have now been told our electric company will disconnect our supply, despite being promised in September it will be sorted for us and sending over 30 emails to them asking for help and for it to be sorted. Please can someone call me now, which I have asked for on numerous occasions, as you can imagine this is extremely stressful for someone in their third year of university trying to complete their exams.
