I never put a review I was very upset with what happened yesterday. I Attended the practice with my 2 children was 5 mins late I was in the queue for 5 mins when checking in. Refused to see my children even when it was a 15 mins appointment my appointment was double booked my daughter as in pain as told to ring 111. I did explain my daughter was in pain made me wait 1 hour 40 mins in the waiting room my 6 years daughyer wasn’t prioritised as she was in pain and a child. Receptionist Julie was rude very abrupt giving bad looks asks many times how long it would be all she was saying was won’t be to long have messages the dentist. No sympathy on how long she made us wait ask to speak to someone senior she said there all busy no one can see me. Was sat in the surgery from 3.50 until 5.30 finally went in dentist Hannah apologised for the wait dentist was lovely as always the surgery had no stickers for my girls all children do go for stickers did not even bother looking in other surgery’s if they had any. I was treated unfairly overall and I don’t think I should of experienced this with my 2 children. Receptionist Julie seems like she didn’t want to be there not a service with a smile. I think further training should be given how to communicate with patients and how to treat patients. Many members of staff came in on reception not even 1 person said they can see my daughter there were 3 other dentist that were working on the same day Julie said this. The practice is done up very nicely they definitely don’t have the staff. very disappointed!

I have been attending Parklands since I was a child - with now retired Mr Patel 🙂 top man! As an adult, I have chosen to remain with the same Dential Practice because I would never change because my dental experiences have always been so thorough, professional and efficient. For around 6 years now, Ajit has been my go-to dentist. He always takes his time to explain what the situation is, what the procedure will be and what options I may have and he also manages my expectations. I also have 2 children see Ajit for their dental check-ups. He is so good with the children - he always explains in a way they understand and gets them to engage. My children never feel nervous when we have to go to the dentist and I am grateful for that! I feel really lucky to have such a great dental practice which I trust will always see me right. I would recommend Parklands to anyone for both NHS and Private dental work.

I use this practice with my wife and 2 young children. Hannah (one of the dentists) has been superb throughout - a very patient-centred approach and calming presence. I was apprehensive about having some dental work carried out, but it could not have gone smoother. The appointments system sends out texts if an earlier treatment appointment becomes available, which is also excellent. Overall, we've been very happy with our care.

I've recently finished my Invisalign treatment at Parklands and I couldn't be happier with my results. It's completely removed my insecurity and the way this was handled was very efficient and informative. I have no complaints with my treatment, and I have all the praise in the world for both Ajit and Zen. The two were very helpful, and provided clear guidance, as well as showing great patience, but also being very personable and made me feel comfortable without fail, the treatment wouldn't of been the same without them, I'm very grateful of them both. My experience was nothing but positive and I recommend anyone to get in touch if they want the best treatment!
