02 3 hours is a certain rate because I was in there between 4:30 and 6:40 they've charged me for 2 hours plus an evening rate scam does not say this anywhere on their signs they will charge you twice

BEWARE! When they say 'book parking' they really mean 'just pay in advance for parking'. There is no guarantee of a parking space at the premises you book so you're just paying up-front for a 'chance' that there may be a space. Buried in their t's and c's and rather misleading. However, had a swift response when raised as an issue and offered a full refund.
