    I had a £60 parking ticket which they were supposed to take care of. I kept receiving letters of the charge increasing which I kept informing Leo about. Who said not to worry he will take care of it. Anyways ended up paying £200+ for a parking ticket which was only £60. Leo started ignoring me on email and WhatsApp after he knew he messed up. The policy used to say if the appeal is rejected they refund you the full amount l- tried to chase him up about it- but he is deliberately gone into hiding.

    Best £4.99 I have ever spent! Worked perfectly for an Horizon parking fine. Ok so it took a bit of working out of how to send stuff in etc but the point is it worked. Thank you parking mate! These parking companies like Horizon need to be tackled as they really are uncaring and heartless!

    After getting the worst advice from Leo at Parking mate, I ended up paying a significant amount (£513)+their fee -that's for the ''expensive gift'', a lot of stress, false promises and wasted time as well. I prefer to be advised to pay the penalty rather than listen to someone making the situation much worse. Avoid this company!

    For me to fight back unjust parking tickets or any admin is my worst nightmare. I had Parking mate look into a ticket and after I was told I got fair chance of not paying I had Parking mate look into my claim against me. Parking Mate sorted this out quickly and manage to get much more info than I imagine that ended with the ticket got cancelled. I would normally not use this kind of service unless I thought there was some real injustice going on. For the money Parking mate can safe it's worth the risk but remember it's a risk at the end of the day. Highly recommended
