For anyone who receive a letter from them saying you were illegally parked, BE AWARE, THIS IS A SCAM!!! I received a letter from them, but when I put the details in, there was no photos of my car being illegally parked and they didn't even provide the exaction location of the 'claimed' parking contravention. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

Trying to charge me for parking in a permit only car park. Sure the permit fell in the footwell but I've showed them I'm a valid permit holder and they still want £120. Not gonna pay it told them to take it to court. I'll explain it to the judge. Update: 7 months later and I've not heard a peep from these cowboys. Adios Amigos! Update 2: Here we go. Got a letter from a law firm threatening further action if I don't contact PCS to pay. Contacted PCS via the web contact form again and told them I don't néed to pay.

Scammers, just reversing the car near the restricted parking area, not even neat the gate, they sent me a notice. I asked for video clips of entry time, exit time, time stayed inside (so called restricted parking area) to justify the notice, I ma not going to pay, unless the video clips are provided to me.

Just opened a letter from this company saying I was parked in an industrial estate, unauthorised parking on private land. What a joke it was a Sunday and I went to fix my other car a few units down from where I parked. My other car had broken down day before and parked up at my mechanics by a recovery truck. Really can they issue these Parking Charge Notices? No photographic image or which unit I parked at.

Just got home to find I’ve received a ticket from these people. By law they have to provide pictures of any offence you’re accused of. The tickets aren’t legal,and only way they can get you to pay is by issuing a county court summons to you. But you’ll be able to put your side to the Judge. If they take you to county court as the sum is under £500 they won’t be able to claim costs for any legal person. I’ll be visiting their offices next week to have a word with these people in York Street W1. Just ignore all the letters and don’t pay as they’ve failed by common law to prove that you’ve committed an offence,as they need to send pictures of your car on their land. UPDATE I visited their so called offices which is a scam they make millions,but pay money every quarter to receive letters at this posh address in the west end! Just shows what a Micky mouse company they’re,and you can’t sue them as they haven’t got any property at this address!
