Honestly speaking, I have received an Excellent services and Amazing deals from Parkes Estate. I had rated them the best last year and glad i did and I am still using their services again. Being in the property industry myself I know the market has been a real roller coaster, and with all big players in the field its hard to find the best deals with Guaranteed rents & best property deals. I deal with investors from abroad and Parkes Estate, whether its buying the properties or renting it through them, Malik the Director has always brought the best deals for me and my investors. Because of him I have expanded my portfolios and my words here can definitely cannot thank him enough. All the Team are excellent and they definitely follow how to build relations through Malik.
