Parkers Lettings has provided one of the best experiences I have had with a letting agency. Very easy to talk to and easy to report maintenance issues, which get taken seriously. After renting from Parkers for 3-4 years, I would have rented from them for a much longer time if it wasn't for external factors out of the control of myself or the business. If I were to look into renting again, I'd definitely look to Parkers as one of my first choices.

Overall, our experience as tenants with Parkers lettings was positive. Viewing was arranged promptly, contracts were signed electronically which was very handy. Their online fault reporting service is great and you can even upload pictures of the issue. The only reason I am not going to leave a 5 star review is that we left the property with unresolved leak from upstairs bathroom, broken fence post and a couple of minor other issues. I can only assume that the owner of the property was not willing to pay for necessary repairs. However, an update message to say so would have been appreciated.
