Rented a Luton van here recently for a weekend to move house and can definitely recommend Parkers. Price was nearly 50% cheaper than the big chain companies. Service from collection to return was great too, everybody was very friendly. Will absolutely be returning in the future when I need to hire Update: can't post another review but 12+ months since I last visited, their service and cost is just as good as before. Can't recommend them enough. Vans are new, in good condition and well equipped. Despite the competitive pricing they are not cutting corners

Everything went well until we got an issue with the refund. It's been over two weeks with multiple emails and phone calls, the staff said they would deal with it but they never did, and they still haven't process our refund. Was going to give Parkers four stars, but we're really disappointed with the way that they deal with our refund (slow/almost no response unless you called).

Really good on an emergency. Used a few times over years! And whenever the need arises im sure I'll be back!. Very versatile, I ran into an issue where I couldn't drop the van back and the guy came and got it next morn nice, quick and easy!
