Very difficult company to get hold of. You call their number, you get greeted with an automated response saying that all their operators are busy. I must have tried 10 times throughout the day. I've emailed them as per the automated phone greeting, it gets bounced back asking to send to another email address. 48 hours later and still no response on an urgent query. Used the contact us form on the website, no response either. Called their Leamington number, no answer, no voicemail, just rings out. Awful service. It's as if they really don't want your business.
