    Turned up 2 hours late to my court hearing unprepared and tried to then rush my pre hearing meeting. When the hearing was postponed to later date in Ipswich my solicitor promised to be patched through to the hearing via Video link which failed to happen. Then handed my case to a local duty solicitor who dispute having only 5 minutes to prepare represented me to the best of her ability despite only have 5 minutes to prepare. I felt like I had been let down on both occasions. Bad communication is my only conclusion. Plus a bad attitude towards me from my own representative. Then I was posted a letter telling me they had closed my case and notified me if I wanted to appeal the sentence I had three weeks to respond. When I checked the date the letter was sent it actually turned up with 3 days for me to respond 2 of which were weekend day? So their letter took 2 1/2 weeks to be delivered from Huddersfield to Ipswich. I don’t think so. Terrible service from start to finish if I could give them less than 1 star I would.
