Our caravan had an ant infestation. The linen was also dirty and it looked a dog had slept in it. We viewed a different van and this too was infested with ants. I have the footage to prove it! After looking at 2 different vans (after being told there were no others available) we decided to cut our losses and went home. Very disappointed in parkdean who are usually really good which is why we booked with them in the first place.

Just returned from a 5 day stay. Second visit to this park, very clean, great location and clean and tidy caravan. Special mention to Alan in reception, who gave us a glass of milk after we'd ran out and none available in shop. He didn't have to do this, even though he said it would cost £10 ( joke) Hope to visit again next year, thank you.

Lovely holiday park. Dog friendly. Not far 2 go into morcambe it's self. The only thing is not enough dog bins around the park.. food nice in restaurant . £90 to take your dog. Used to be £40 .

We stayed in a static at regent Bay. The kitchen floor was dirty and sticky. The lounge carpet was wet and smelled of wet dogs main bedroom carpet was also wet where the radiator had leaked no hot water or heating. we had to tell the office 3times during our 3 night's stay. But it didn't stay fixed for long Couldn't have shower. Had to put oven on to heat the place. Guess work for cooker temperature as the numbers had rubbed off caravan not fit for purpose. I have asthma and arthritis so made my pain worse with the damp. Not happy at all. We have stayed at this site before and the caravan was imacculate. Good for all amenities as withine walking distance with my difficulty waking around. It would be very nice if a voucher was offered as it was supposed to be a nice break
