I had a problem with the caravan. I reported it at reception that said we will send maintenance up immediately. Didn't show up. The next day when we returned from our day out I reported the problem again that said the same thing. I'll send maintenance up immediately. Never turned up. Horrible service. I will not return

Ok, so positives first - lovely well kept outside areas, looked clean and very well laid out. I upgraded to a lodge and I am so glad I did, it was beautiful and so spacious! The location for us is perfect as we don’t mind driving out to different places. Now, the negatives - despite being a good well kept caravan site, inside the lodge wasn’t up to a cleanliness standard I would expect for the money paid. There was an old sock on the decking, a chocolate star on the bedroom floor and someone else’s body wash left in the shower. The grill was dirty and definitely hadn’t been cleaned for a while by the looks of it. There was also an infestation of ants which we spent all of Sunday night chasing and killing, not the sites fault and I did report this on the way out. We also couldn’t get the tv to work, not sure why it’s so difficult to do but it ended up doing us a favour as we actually talked to each other 😂 Overall, it was a really nice stay and I wouldn’t not return because of the above, it just needs some more focus on the cleaning element.. Rooms: Spacious

The caravan was covered in ants. 3 children was upset when they couldnt eat their treats. Caravan neighbours were vile and threatening over a parking space so couldn't let the kids out to play. No good for disabled even with a closer caravan. Had to drive everywhere. Nothing to walk to. The entertainment were the same games every night we was there so kids were bored. Plus there was a miserable lady doing the entertainment bit. The room was tiny. I won't be coming back! Not even an apology for the awful accommodation!
