Lovely little camp. Great children's entertainment and Tommie goes above and beyond to keep them all happy, he's full of energy and the children love him! The waterfront bar has lovely food and great service! Lucy is an amazing waitress and nothing is too much trouble even when it's really busy, a true asset to the bar! The children love the arcades, soft play and swimming pool.

The site and staff are excellent ,the caravan we stayed in was beautiful , staff are very professional polite patient and helpful especially as our 5 year old granddaughter decided to take it upon herself at 6am in a morning not to wait for anyone to wake up but to take herself off for the first 3 mornings on her own around the site , the lady in reception delt with it brilliantly and helped us solve the problem straight away ,result no more runaway child and very happy child , we have been to challaborough 3 x now and already booked again for next year ,we would recommend this site to everyone especially as the beach is a few feet from the caravans ,thank you to all staff for another excellent holiday

Location of caravan was awful and when complained management didn't really care. Then I noticed that it wasn't even the caravan we booked. I doubt we will ever return. Parking is hit and miss if you don't have a space at the caravan, which we didn't. Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 2/5 | Location : 3/5 … More

Amazing week away. Beautiful area and caravan was lovely (seashore57) glad we paid but extra for the wider/newer style caravan. The swimming pool was lovely, quiet and clean with a friendly lifeguard. The Waterfront restaurant was clean, friendly staff and had a great menu. We enjoyed our meals there and liked that we could sit inside or out. ParkDean staff are welcoming, approachable and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our first stay here…we will be back !! Special mention to Ross & Liam who fixed an issue in the caravan quickly and efficiently. A must try is Fryers Tuck which is full of giggles/banter whilst food is cooked fresh for you. All in all it’s a fantastic area, lovely site with great staff. Already planning a return visit. Noteworthy details: Roads are narrow but perfectly doable with low speed and care. Worth the journey

Good bits; right on the beach. Our static was close to the swimming pool, shop, beach etc Great for small people. Fab entertainment for little ones. Good value for money. Shop was well stocked. Staff everywhere were super friendly and helpful. Bad bits; poor quality statics. Very small and cramped ( even though we had a three bedroom) We were there for 7 nights but had one of the few caravans with no decking. While others there for three nights did. Paid for a cot but didn't get it. Pool manager was odd. Taking our shoes off before going in changing rooms, but no where to sit to put them on and off. Internet was non existent. Limited outside play areas.
