Have used this parking area several times on Ringo but this was the 1st time as ParkBee. Ringo was easy to use in the app but ParkBee was a pain. Got there in the end but not without some problems. 5 stars for the parking, 3 stars for the ease of ParkBee service. On a side note... the parking underground is not for the faint hearted and big cars would have a problem, hence I take my other half's little corsa.

Good price for central but many flaws in the set up, no signal in the carpark and the garage door shuts so I’ve been locked in twice now. Convenient location but inconvenient trying to find signal in a basement with little instructions, no pedestrian exit or automated exit once paid

**PLEASE BE WARNED - DO NO PREPAY FOR PARKING HERE** I had pre-booked and pre-paid for a parking space for a specific day and time only to find out that ParkBee randomly changed the arrival time to the middle of the night. I found this out on the way to the parking facility, with of course no hope for a refund and had to search another parking lot further away. I felt like I got scammed for my money and had to double pay to park that day. It was a very unpleasant experience unfortunately....

Less than 1 star if possible. The parking space is brilliant but the instructions are extremely poor, no signs at all and the customer service agent was asleep once and was not aware of the instructions in another call. Not recommended unless you have no options. Call the customer service and keep on the line until you fully park your car. Otherwise, don’t use it.

Good central postion, a bit hard to find the entrance as it's actually called Luke's house or something like that and no sign with ParkBee. Make sure you have battery on your phone as you need it to access the parking. Definitely will book again.

Worked a treat. It was a bit hard to find the place in the dark. The entrance wasn't so obvious and I had to get out of the car to find it. The family was impressed when I opened the gate from my phone! When we got in, typical of the London area, the space available was tiny. Exiting on foot and with the car was a stress-free experience. I'd recommend it.
