Do not use this car park - this is a scam Booked my parking 3 days before. Got to the car park on the day and was told by the security guard that our reserved spaces had been taken and that there was no more space (why have a security guard if they just give away booked spaces). I have tried to reach out to this company for a full £44 refund as they clearly oversold or gave away my reserved space (which are both totally unacceptable). They have not responded to my requests. Just trust me when I say this company is a scam. They over book the car park and keep the money even if they cant provide you with the parking they sold on their website. Completely ruined my day trip to London with young children. Disgusting behaviour.

The parking was full when we reached. Luckily one car left so we were able to park there. The staff said the parking is not guaranteed even if we reserved it in advance. ParkBee doesn’t know how many spaces are left. When we left the parking, the staff said he had to tell 6 people who’s reversed space to find alternative place this afternoon.
