Every time i have called this gp to book an appointment i have come across rude receptionists, i'm not one to leave reviews on anything usually but i've genuinely had enough of the way they treat patients with such horrible manner. Their voice call system always preaches about how not to be rude to their members of staff but maybe the members of staff need to learn how to treat patients with respect and kindness. i was left on hold whilst speaking about my health issues and i'm always spoken to with no respect. Don't join this GP.

Absolutely useless. Been in this practice for years never been able to have an appointment when sick and i had to end up at A&E whereas I had a wound that was getting over infected and clearly getting dangerous. I wonder why I pay national insurance tbh.

I've no issue with treatment, but actually getting through by phone and getting an appointment is dreadful.

Very bad experience every time I have been the staff and the receptionist have been very rude. Waited 12 mins for my phone to be answered even though I was first in line and once answered they hung up on me without listening or anything. Rang to make an appointment for my 3 year old niece waited 48 mins (to be exact) for my phone to be answered and they still didn’t listen and they hung up.

Incompetent, apparently the doctors don't share notes when switching patients? My doctor was leaving at the end of the month and I confirmed that it was okay for me to see another doctor for the issue I was having in her absence. He was genuinely retarded or something my session wasn't even a minute long as he deemed my treatment impossible (I'm 16 and have been asking to be seen for about 4 years). Then openly admitted to me he was treating patients with the same problem as me the same way! Horrible!
