Frequent visitors at Park Cardiff (unfortunately for us). The staff have been brilliant, from first contact at reception to the actual consultation with the vets. Jess (vet), in particular went out of her way to help us resolve our dogs medical issue which appeared to be baffling most other vets that we had seen. She went above and beyond each and every time we made contact and successfully helped us have a healthy and happy pup!!

Can't fault Park Vets Cardiff on any front. The vets are compassionate, genuinely care for the wellbeing of your pet, and know exactly what they're doing. The receptionists are really helpful and always manage to find time for an appointment, usually within the next 2 or 3 days if it's really busy (though probably depends on the nature of the appointment). Everyone takes the time to explain everything to you and answer your questions. We've been with this practice for 2+ years, they've helped us massively and have pretty much made our cat's IBD woes a thing of the past. Thank you to all the staff at Park Vets!

the veterinary staff are very good but obviously told to extract as much money as they can at over inflated prices which isnt relaid to you until the bill....my dog had an operation which cost almost £3000 insurance paid £1700 leaving us the rest ...they had agreed a payment plan but have told us that they must receive over £300 by next week ....not happening theyll have to sue me or set up a more realistic figure....the standard of care received for my dog was 2nd to none ...certainly not disputing the bill .park vets like everything these days are a bit pricey but i would definitely recommend but i think realistic payment plans would be fair

We were incredibly grateful for our experience with Parkvets - they did a fantastic job fitting our Labrador in for surgery at short notice, and were really flexible at being able to see her quickly when she had some complications! Thankfully she is back to her normal level of activity - running around, tail wagging, and stealing all the cat food! Thankyou so much for everything!
