    Initially phoned up a while back and asked to get my possible minor oil leak check. Trevor was grand at providing detail on what the issue was but advised it is not a big issue at all. They also cleaned the engine and the oil area free of charge. Great service overall, will definitely be considering you folks for my service. The only thing that could have been improved is communication. I spoke to park street on Google maps messages and the next morning, gentleman Bob had no communication from any of his staff the previous day to tell him I was dropping the car off.

    My car was booked in for a diagnostic. I spoke to Trevor who seemed very knowledgeable when I dropped the car off. After they’d had the car for a while, I had a brief call with Trevor about what might be causing the issues, and he said he’d tell me in more detail when I collected the car and email me a report. I picked it up the next day, however Trevor wasn’t there and I’ve been unable to get any information from them since. I’ve phoned several times, have been told I’d get a call back or an email. Nothing have come through, I’ve given up with them. I don’t actually know what’s wrong with the car, and no further information from them have been forthcoming.
