I feel extremely disappointed in this GP surgery. The staff at reception are extremely rude / have no time to listen to you & will dismiss you because they dont "understand" or have knowledge on the topic. This is such a shame because the doctors are lovely which is being tainted by the receptionists. The surgery is also extremely busy and when I was very unwell with glandular fever ( undiagnosed at the time ) they couldn’t see me till two weeks. Such a shame !!

You are extremely lucky if you can ring them and getting answer within one hour. What’s the point to keep telling patient to ring them but no one answered, don’t say that you want to book a GP appointment, it will never happen. We decided to change surgery anyway, good luck all.

I visited St Francis surgery today at 2.30 and was greeted by the most helpful receptionist. Although she was limited in what she could do to help me as the soonest GP phone appointment was not until 2nd February, she did all she could to try to help me. I did not get her name but would like her to get some recognition. I wanted a GP referral to visit a private cardiologist but due to lack of appointments this was not possible.

The most miserable medical staff, they are ignorant and incompetent, they spend hours there but do nothing, I don't know how no one notices such a system! it is inadmissible not to pick up the receiver!! I pay taxes weekly and I'm left sick with burns on my body, I always have to call the emergency service because you don't feel like patients. Why are you paid to shameless people?! We pray that God will help you as you help the patients! I will take measures and I will report your lack of work!

Park & St Francis Surgery has been our family GP for over 20 years, 😢sadly we have to say 👋🏼 due to a house move. All the staff at this surgery have been tremendously outstanding🏆🥇 Chandler’s Ford has been blessed 🙏🏼with such graceful wonderful caring GP’s I am true disheartened 😢 to leave. The service, care and respect me and my family have received over the years from appointments to seeing a GP within a week or the same day appointment has never failed even through Covid times. I can not express how precious this Surgery was for us, we Thank You 💐 all so very much. Stay Safe and Continue your Amazing Work.

Very late they do the referral. I had my daughter with back pain and after 2 weeks them secretaries did not send the referral , in context when it is not normal as a child to have back pain etc . Also my file hasn’t been requested from previous GP even after 5 years!!!! One of GP refused to changed my treatment when I had too many side effects. I have had loads of pain and the GP tried to put me on Gabapentin -nerve pain and antidepressants instead to caring on the investigation . She did not believed me . I end up in private sector to do more investigations and when I came back the GP asked me why I did not ask for further treatment in private!!! I never experienced so arrogant and bad service ! I keep a star just for the 2 GP who has been good with me , one of them left already.
