Terrible practice, your on the phone waiting from 8am for over an hour for them to tell you that there are no longer available appointments call back the NEXT day the same thing. 3-4 days in a row. They then suggest this online portal called Patches they realise limited slots that lasts for 3 mins then they block the access you have to try your Luck with 9am or 12 it’s all a mix match waiting game. The whole practice customer care is gone !! When you want to make a complaint the manager is not on site the response is email in!! When you do they then offer you an appointment you don’t even deal with management there far to superior like they are doing you a favour it’s awful !!! You call 111 as you can’t get hold of your GP the accident an emergency state you need to see your GP you wasted 4-6 hours in the urgent care centre waiting to be told we don’t do referrals here the medicine but you need a follow up back to your GP, the doctors in urgent care are even taking appointments from the GP you have to wait 4 hours to see them the doctors in Park Royal medical practice they do not look at notes to see the history.. you have to explain yourself to the receptionist all the personal information they state they don’t have access to the information it’s all a catch 22 multiple excuses blame the lack of doctors extra when really the practice overall is poorly run the practice manager is not improving the clinic and patient care is failing in this practice. Anyone who experiences complaints need to write a formal complaint to the NHS!!!

Left to die… they will one day have blood on their hands. It’s like we’re living in a 3rd world country… we can’t even get an appointment. Almost impossible to get and they have no heart. They need to get shut down and I’m trying my best to change but the way London is set up I has impossible cos other places are full. For this place it’s clearly about racking up ££££ - they didn’t place a cap and now they can’t handle the intake. I had an infection that could have easily be dealt with if I had taken antibiotics. Antibiotics that I could have gotten if this place gave me an appointment! Now I’m here day 3 in hospital after being admitted from a+E with sepsis! I’m 15 wks pregnant too. It’s a joke!!! Last time I wanted an appointment for my son who mind is 3 and has only been seen by GP probably twice in his life ..he needed an urgent appointment and I had to beg on the phone, I cried and only then she was like ok I’ll give it to you. Clearly they can do things for you but they refuse to! I can’t wait to leave this place

HONESTLY THE WORSE DOCTORS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I LITERALLY ONLY SIGNED UP TO THIS DOCTORS ON MONDAY AND TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT IS SO HARD. I AM PREGNANT I DON'T KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO, THE WOMEN ON THE PHONE SAID DO IT ONLINE THEN HUNG UP, ONLINE HAS NO APPOINTMENTS SO HOW DO I GET AN APPOINTMENT? WHAT IF I WASN'T COMPUTER SAVY HOW WOULD I BOOK AN APPOINMENT? I'M COMPLETLY DISGUSTED. I'M ALMOST 10 WEEKS, HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO BOOK A CHECK UP, CAN'T BOOK AN APPOINTMENT SO I'M LEFT IN LIMBO NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO. THIS GP NEEDS BETTER STAFF AND MORE RESOURCES AS THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

First time I booked a call appointment and I was waiting the whole day. They called me the next day, while I was on shift. After they tried to call me once, they just canceled my appointment, even when I tried after just few minutes to go downstairs and speak with the reception( I am also working in the same hospital). Now, it is the 2nd appointment request (face-to-face) since yesterday 08:03am and I received a message that the doctor will call me at 14:40. At 15:03, I called and the reception lady told me to hang up because the doctor is calling me now. Never happened! It is 15:30 and I am still waiting. Not to mention that if I was more than 15 mins late, they would have canceled my appointment. However, I have to wait until they decide to call or cancel my appointment. Awful service and the reception can do nothing about the decisions of the doctors as they say. They have to consider that people are working and they have a life as well. I cannot wait 72 hours without doing a thing just for a call.
