Unfortunately, they charge you 45£ for a membership even when their facilities (such as sauna or steam or pool) are out of use for weeks, they send no notifications either to inform customers about disruptions. The entrance gate does not work so you are constantly charged extra fees as it reads as a no show in the system, the customer service at reception is very poor, not from all of the staff, but some of the staff, a lady in particular speaks to customers in a condescending and unprofessional almost bullying like way. Issues do not get solved, you will have to go and talk to them several times, yet they are quick to charge you money. At present, on top of my 45£ they are asking me for 24£ + 8 to book a class. These charges are extortionist. I have now written a formal complaint letter, and unfortunately I will be forced to cancel my membership ( not that they care) if this matter is not solved. Very disappointing experience.
