This is by far the best dentist in Coventry. Covid safe, amazing dentists, nurses and even the receptionists are a delight to speak with and go above and beyond to provide support. I've been with this practice on and off over the years as I've moved in and out of Coventry and this place is always providing excellent service at every level. I've recommended many family and friends who are very happy and have improved their overall oral health. Big shout out to their dental hygienist Natalie and receptionist Tracey who have supported me through my anxiety. Can't big up this practice enough.

Not happy at all with Jenny and her attitude towards resolving my dental trauma...visited this dentist 2 years ago and had white fillings to my front teeth of which have all came out...my plate that was fitted has broken...as a nervous patient I did not feel at ease so I'll be searching for a more empathetic dentist...quite happy to lose my deposit than go through all that again to only have worse teeth than before.

I have a very long association with dental problems and dentists :). In this specific instance I was suffering from severe pain, resulting from infection in my molar tooth (UR6), with abscess formation. Though my appointment was a week later, Mr. Simon Chalker as an emergency conducted RCT to clear out infection. He was very professional in his approach, gave the right treatment and advise which brought immediate relief. I would strongly recommend Mr. Simon for any complicated dental problem.

My partner had an extraction at this practice after having discomfort for months and it not being resolved at his usual dental practice. I contacted the practice for a second opinion and they were able to see him the next day. We found the practice very professional, but also very welcoming. The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and put my partner at ease. We were so impressed we have now joined the practice as regular patients, along with our two children.

I received a very bad service at this dentist lately. I went in to get an emergency treatment. I was told I needed to come back in 5 days time as It needs 30 mints slot. It was 5 mints visit . Charged me £22 for doing nothing expect an x-ray. There was no relief to my pain, not even an antibiotic despite of my request. I went away and had an another sleepless night due to pain. Next morning I phoned another dentist. who called me in straight away for the emergency treatment but then offered me full treatment plus took size for the dentures all in one price.
