Ordered 4000 copies of a printing job, 2000 turned up. Lots of them couldn’t be used as they were not on straight. I have sent about 14 emails asking for the rest of them to be delivered, they just ignore you. PLEASE don’t waste anytime with this disgrace of a company!

I was told a small job (100 b+w pages) could be done in a few days. I was happy to wait rather than look elsewhere as they were local and seemingly convenient, but when I returned to pick up my printing on the day agreed, the person working had no idea what I was talking about. Was then told that it would be sorted that afternoon, but a day later and I've still not heard anything and my calls have been unanswered. A complete waste of time. Tried another shop and the job was done in about 20 minutes whilst I waited.

Spoke to Vic and asked for some urgent help with our Order of Service due to some issues with my printer. Vic was really helpful, friendly and offered to produce these for me in a few hours. He charged us a appx 80p per print (that was on decent card, good quality print and fold finish). If I had known how cheap it could have been to get done properly I would asked him in the first place!! In future, any printing work I want is coming this way, simple, cost effective and friendly guys at the shop! Thank you.
