    The hotel reception staff did not bother to receive my delivery from Zara even after I told them twice about that in advance. Being a VIP Radisson member I asked to talk to their manager and try and resolve this issue. I was terribly surprised when their Manager Marco Almeida did not even try to care about my problem calling me a liar (!!!) when I blamed the holel staff in not receiving my parcel. He then promised to check the cameras (as if that would change anything) and NEVER returned. Do avoid this hotel and their personnel, they do not care about your issues and will blame yourself for their mistakes. To this date (almost 2 months after the non- devilery) I have not received the refund for my delivery (almost 700 GBP). And all that would not have happened if the hotel did their job well.

    *update 16.05.23* I contacted the hotel per their request - here is their response: "Thank you for your email below and so sorry for the delay in response. The parking is operated by a 3rd party called Creative Parking. Upon entry there are over 15 signs to inform you of the parking fee, there is a 30 min grace period for you to make that payment. If there is not followed, the fine is issued by the company. Please feel free to reach out to Creative Parking, I have listed their detail down below. I am sorry we as a hotel are not able to assist as it is operated by them." We stayed here for a period of time as a family, in Feb 2022, after storm damage to our home. I am still fighting a parking fine a year later, for parking that I have proof I paid for. Hotels need to realise that it's the entire experience of the stay that resonates with guests, not just the bedroom and the food. Never again will we stay. We arrived at 5:18pm - we had a nightmare checking in and it took ages to resolve booking issues. We finally got to our room and paid for parking on the app at 6:18pm, I then drove my car out for something at 6:47pm. The parking fine says we didn't pay for parking between 5:18pm and 6:47pm - bearing in mind the hotel also gives a period of time free before parking starts. How they can employ such an outrageously integrity challenged company to manage this process for them is absurd.
