Bought £20 electric on 9th September but they didn’t put it on. Came in today to tell them they hadn’t only to get told that my fob probably wasn’t working and tried to make me pay £15 to see if it was working but I felt like I was getting scammed. Sure enough I put £20 on electric from another shop and it instantly went on. Will be calling my bank to get the payment from Park News refunded ASAP.

The shop has good suppliers, however the staff overcharged me about over £3 in my grocery shopping in their shop about a month ago. I am not sure how the staff calculated the total of my groceries which I only spent around £10 something not £13.85!!!!
