Quiet, comfortable hotel that reminded us of Fawlty Towers. Guests chatted with each other, and we learned that many of them had been going there regularly for years. There is a pool and a lukewarm bubble tub. Didn't try the steam room, but there is one there. Rooms were extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Meals were delicious and the included breakfast options were generous. It was good value for the money.

A good choice of hotel near Peasholm park and within easy reach of promenade and open air theatre. Rooms OK, service good and food in restaurant of good standard and served on hot plates and we had white table cloths. There is a small pool and a bar. I use the leisure club here, I haven't stayed so I can't comment on the rooms. The leisure club is great. Small but functional changing rooms that are individual cubicles. Clean showers. A small but great pool with a jacuzzi and steam room. All are very clean. Staff are friendly. The hotel is located right next to peasholm park and is a short 5 minutes walk to the beach. A fantastic location.

Food good, breakfast and dinner very nice, good service, unfortunately we all came away from Scarborough with covid, who knows could have caught it in Scarborough, 4 of us were very ill, the hotel was clean but there was a smell of leaking wastewater in the reception area, puts you off. Rooms: Basic, dated, shower curtain in the bath shower, shower head had black around the water nozzles, nice and warm though.

My Friend took me away for a couple of days to Park Manor Hotel this week as a Christmas present. We had a lovely few days. The staff were brilliant, the food was excellent and the atmosphere of the Hotel was also very good, and very clean. We used the pool, and only a small problem there and that was the 2 lounge chairs were broken, and the changing rooms and areas were freezing cold which made it slightly unpleasant. After our swim we intended to read our books but couldn’t because of the chairs. We didn’t say anything because there wasn’t much they could have done about it. We had what they class as a family room, which consisted of a small double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a bath and a shower head over which wasn’t brilliant. On our last morning we had no hot water, had it been our first day we would definitely have reported it. The room was very small with only a tiny bedside stand to put water phone etc on, but the beds were comfortable, albeit close together, not much space at all to walk. When we arrived we wanted to go into the lounge for a drink, however there was a private Funeral party in progress and we felt very awkward so left and went back up to our room. If the owners were to concentrate on trying to improve the size and condition of the bedrooms this Hotel then would absolutely have it all. The corridors were freezing, there were radiators but none of them were on. We would definitely go back and perhaps try one off there suites to see how they compare to the standard rooms. I would recommend if only for the food and staff dedication, it wouldn’t take much to bring this up to 4 star.
