Very good fast service. Let me take my time looking round the car and I was driving away with the car within the hour. Edited* Now had the car 9 months and just put it through its MOT. Went straight through with no issues at all. Nice to know I have bought a good quality car for my disabled son. Edited again* 2 years on and has flown through its MOT again. Only thing I’ve done is changed a tyre.

Everything has been dealt with in a professional and friendly way. I live in Inverness and bought via the telephone. Arranged a mutually suitable delivery location, the car was delivered by a very friendly gentleman on time and in first class condition. I could not be happier with the service and communication.

Called to enquire about a car and asked if there was any damage/ scratches as we were travelling a long distance to view the car. We were told the car was in perfect condition but was actually in a poor condition when we arrived, especially the alloys which were battered. Told them we didn't want the car and the man got very rude saying we were wasting his time and he even got a new MOT for the car even though we never said we were buying, only viewing the car. He then refused to refund the £100 reservation fee as we 'wasted his time'. They only refunded when I told them I would report them to Autotrader for this. This is a small garage and the staff look unreliable and dodgy. I personally wouldn't count on them keeping their promise about any warranty they provide. I would avoid this garage.

I bought an imported Nissan elgrand from parklane motors last week. I visited to inspect the car and the only thing to note was damage to a leather arm rest. We agreed everything was in order and left a deposit to return once all the paper work had been returned and signed ( jubilee weekend ) once it had I drove back and we finalised and to my surprise they had even had a brand new arm rest imported since it was a bit damaged - outstanding service - I drove away with my day insurance to get me home and I’m now a proud owner of a parklane motor vehicle - I dealt with the owner I assume and I have to say he is a very welcoming, friendly and honest chap that really goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and taken care of . The other cars in the lot looked great and I couldn’t recommend him enough - Thankyou for the experience ! Stay safe
