I want to personally thank a member of the receptionist team, I didnt catch her name. She went above and beyond to comfort me during a anxiety/panick attack at my appointment. She was soo caring and professional and calmed me down. I cant thank her enough. I hope she reads this and knows how much that ment to me! Xx

Karen, the hygienist put me at so much ease yesterday . She talked me through everything she was doing. My teeth are ultra sensitive so I dread going to the hygienist usually. But Karen took so much care doing my teeth, the process she used on my teeth didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I've even booked my next hygienist appointment already!
