The Rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Will never recommend or use. I went in to look at some mattresses with my wife and kids a man came out and took us in they had about 10 beds on display and we was deciding which one to buy as we made our decision. This is when it all went downhill a woman came in tells me to “Move” as I was standing next to the bed we was interested in then she Rudely asks us What do you want, what is your budget, are going to buy? At this point I was surprised due to all the good reviews about this place. So I ask her if she’s alright and is there a problem? Her response was “I have customers to deal with ( there was two other ladies) so I said carry on and deal with them first she did not like that. I asked for her name so l can speak with the manager she told us to leave so we went out and asked for manager at the reception and he was not interested in what we was saying. To be honest this was the most unprofessional establishment I’ve been to, there are ways in dealing with customers if you want them. I have three businesses two in hospitality and a small engineering company. If any of my employees were to behave in this manner to anyone I would surely have them removed.
