When I checked in they gave me a room with a window facing the interior and since I was going to stay for several days I asked if they could change me to one with a view of the street and Faheem, the guy at the reception, told me that the next day , when I returned from my excursion, I would have a better room and my suitcase in it and that's how it was! I didn't get to try the restaurant because I went out early for a walk and came back late, but everything looked very good! When I checked out they offered me to store my suitcase and a bottle of water since I was going to spend the day outside. Everyone is very friendly and attentive to my needs. Cuando hice el check in me dieron un cuarto con una ventana que daba al interior y como iba a quedarme varios días pedí si me podían cambiar a una con vista a la calle y Faheem, el muchacho de la recepción, me dijo que al día siguiente, cuando volviera de mi excursión, tendría una mejor habitación y mi valija en ella y así fue! No llegué a probar el restaurante porque salía temprano a pasear y volvía tarde, pero se veía todo muy bien! Cuando hice mi check out me ofrecieron guardar mi valija y una botella de agua ya que iba a pasar el día afuera. Todos muy amables y atentos a mis necesidades. La próxima vez que vaya a Londres ya sé dónde alojarme!

Hotel charged me almost $1,000 on two separate payments upon arrival as a "security deposit" on the room for a two night stay. 10 days after my stay they have still not returned the money forcing me to dispute the charges with my bank. To add insult to injury the rooms are not as advertised, the bed was no where near being a queen sized bed. The room was so small you could touch each wall with outstretched arms. The shower didn't worm upon our arrival..... do not use this hotel.

Really amazing stay, the property is located in close proximity to the tube station and bus stops. The hotel staff were all friendly, especially Ali. Would greatly recommend this hotel to all visiting london! P.S. the only minor inconvenient experience was a faulty hot water issue during a night of my stay. Otherwise all were good.
