Have chosen this hotel for its location which is close to London Paddington Railway Station and Paddington Subway Station. It's easy for you reach LHR Airport from here by taking either Elizabeth Line or Heathrow Express (more expensive). A nearby supermarket "Waitrose & Partners Bayswater" is also 8-minutes walk away. The room is typical London room size (i.e., smallish) and the service is average. Walkability: Easy to reach train / metro station or supermarket in a quiet and seem-to-safe neighborhood.

The room was infested with ants. Please consider getting pest control in. The room was quite small which is fine within itself but when there's ants crawling everywhere it certainly didn't help! All on the floor it was pretty traumatic. Walls were stained also in places.

Its a nice enough hotel but I don't think its a 4 star. The staff that were there were great but during our 3 night stay our room was not cleaned once. The bathroom was tiny for 4 people and the communal facilities were a bit dated and tired. It was a clean hotel but quite basic. The breakfast was good value for money but a bit simple. Not bad, just not as good as I'd expect for that price even in London.
