Excellent customer service from this store. We asked if it was possible for our suite to be finished and delivered a week before it was due. This was arranged and delivered on the exact date we asked for. We also bought a mattress and delivery was arranged so that both orders were delivered on the same day to avoid us having to pay two delivery charges. There was a slight problem with the pouffee but this acknowledged and sorted with just one email to the customer service department. Thank you to all the staff who dealt with us.
