My daughter used to attend here and dealt with monique who was always so lovely. I made a query about my daughter going back there and spoke to ANN on the phone. Very rude and really impatient when I was asking questions. To be honest I'm disgusted and really upset for my daughter as I know she wanted to go back here. However I won't be wasting money sending her here again after this. Looking at the reviews aswell it seems I'm not the only person that's complained about this woman. She really needs to learn some customer service skills and manners!

Owner made my daughter very upset and lose her confidence. The rest of the team are lovely. But Ann is not understanding towards introvert children trying to build confidence. We were told our daughter had no manners, and we need to teach her politeness. The only benefit is since all this, we’ve discovered our daughter has selective mutism. We’ve since found another horse riding school who cares about the children and are understanding towards her needs. I’ve heard from many other people now that park farm riding school is known for being rude.
